About Me
My name is Laine Bradley, and I am a speaker, grants consultant, and VC funding expert. I was raised by a single immigrant mother in New Jersey, and despite having little, she worked multiple jobs to provide for my siblings and I, teaching us resilience, faith, and determination. Her sacrifices showed me that life's challenges are stepping stones, not roadblocks.
As I grew, I felt called to help underrepresented communities, organizations, and businesses, recognizing how systems either uplift or hold people back. When I entered the finance and funding world, I faced barriers as a Black woman, but instead of giving up, I embraced my creativity and sought to change the system. Grants, capital, and funding became my tools to empower overlooked communities and amplify their voices. Over the years, I've managed millions in business financials and secured over $32 million in funding, not just because I understand the process but because I believe in the power of the stories behind them.
Faith has always been my guide. I've trusted God's plan and found strength in every personal or professional challenge. This approach is what sets me apart. When I consult my clients or speak to my community, I'm not just sharing skills—I'm helping others realize that their stories and faith are vital to discovering their potential.
Today, I use faith and creativity to transform obstacles into opportunities, helping others rise above their circumstances and lead with purpose. My story isn't just about professional success—it's about showing that with faith, creativity, and determination, you can turn every challenge into a triumph.
